Introducing our business
Nuovo Group Limited was created in 2003 when the owners bought the business unit trading as Fix It Building Services from Carters. Fix It Building Services operates in the maintenance, repair, fit-out and modernisation of commercial property plus maintenance and renovation of residential property through its network of Affiliates and Independent Contractors.
In 2012 Nuovo Group began development of the Pzazz franchisee network specialising in residential renovations, additions and new build projects with a design led focus.
Nuovo Group continues to develop products, services and business units in the commercial and residential market with our goal of providing great spaces in which to live, work and play.
Pzazz Building
In October of 2012 Nuovo Group launched Pzazz Building, a specialist home renovation business whose tag line is 'making living spaces come alive'.
Whilst Nuovo Group had completed thousands of home renovations under the Fix It umbrella it was decided that this segment of our business deserved a name that better reflected its presence in the renovation, additions and new home markets.
Pzazz Design
It became clear to us through our work in the Pzazz Building network that being able to complete the whole journey from concept to completion was a key component of making that journey stress free and enjoyable for our customers.
From this Pzazz Design was launched to enable NGL to offer the complete house design service for builders and homeowners.
If you’re a homeowner, we can work with you to come up with the perfect design for your new bathroom, kitchen or other renovation, house extension, minor dwelling or new home and help you through the whole process of doing budget estimates and obtaining a building consent.
If you’re a building professional or property developer, we at Pzazz Design can provide a full range of services to help you win a client, from concept & working drawings to obtaining a building consent.
Pzazz Outdoors
At Pzazz Outdoors, we understand that your outdoor structures have to work for you in two ways. They need to be functional, working hard to get the most from your land.
But increasingly, they also need to work aesthetically. To be a fit with your own sense of style and the character of your property. To add value not only to your business or lifestyle, but also to your property’s resale value.
That’s why we build real outdoor living and working spaces from Barn Style houses, standard barns, sheds and outdoor structures.

Fix It Building Services
Fix It Building Services was established in 2001 by Carters, to provide an installation service for customers who bought product from their store network.
Over the ensuing years, Fix It Building Services evolved its services and also launched Fix It Renovations to reflect the increasing level in which home renovations had become a central part of its business.
Today Fix It Building Services and Fix It Renovations are established leaders in commercial maintenance, insurance repairs and residential renovations.
